Our core business, made up of the following distinct but linked activities:


The development and operation of deep water seaports, such as Yangkou Port, that are capable of handling important liquid and dry bulk cargo; as well as the development of land and property in its proximity.


The development and operation of ports along the Yangtze River, like the Nantong Port, to complement and support the operations of the deep-water seaports.


The operation of liquid bulk infrastructure and logistics related facilities at a Wuhan LPG terminal, Minsheng Gas, to complement our dry-bulk cargo handling capabilities.


Engineering and construction services, which are provided by our subsidiary, Paul Y. Engineering Group Limited. The construction of Yangkou Port is being managed by Paul Y. Engineering.
