Mr  Kwok,  aged  72,   joined  the  Company  as  an  independent non-executive director in 1993.  He is a member of the Company’s Audit Committee, Remuneration Committee, Nomination Committee and Compliance Committee.  Mr Kwok is a practising solicitor, a chartered civil engineer and a practising arbitrator.  He was a registered structural engineer and an authorized person (List II) under the Hong Kong Buildings Ordinance for more than 29 years.  Mr Kwok is a member of the Institution of Civil Engineers, United Kingdom and a fellow member of both of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators, United Kingdom and the Hong Kong Institute of Arbitrators.
