Mr Ko Hiu Fung

Group Legal Counsel and Company Secretary

Mr Ko, aged 36, joined the Group in 2008. He is the Group Legal Counsel and Company Secretary of the Company and is responsible for all legal, regulatory, compliance and company secretarial matters of the Group. Mr Ko holds directorship in a number of subsidiaries of the Company and is a member of the Company’s Compliance Committee. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Law from University of Glamorgan, Wales and is a qualified barrister in Hong Kong, England and Wales. Mr Ko has over 12 years’ experience in the legal profession and had been the corporate counsel of several listed companies.
