Mr Chan Yiu Lun, Alan, aged 28, was appointed as an executive director in November 2011. He graduated from Duke University, USA, with a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Political Science – International Relations. Mr Chan previously worked in investment banking division of The Goldman Sachs Group, Inc. He is currently an executive director of ITC Corporation Limited (0372.HK) which is a substantial shareholder of the Company; and ITC Properties Group Limited (0199.HK), a director of Burcon NutraScience Corporation (“Burcon”), the securities of which are listed on the Toronto Stock Exchange (BU.TSX), the NASDAQ Global Market (BUR) and the Frankfurt Stock Exchange (WKN 157793-FWB), an advisor of the Bisagni Environmental Enterprise (BEE Inc.) and an alternate director to Dr Chan Kwok Keung, Charles, a non-executive director of the Company, who is the father of Mr Chan Yiu Lun, Alan. He was an alternate director to Ms Chau Mei Wah, Rosanna in Burcon until April 2010.
